Full Restoration: 1979 930 Turbo 3.3.L

The 1979 930 Turbo was one FAST car ahead of its time. With a 3.3L Turbo flat 6, pushing 0-60 MPH in 4.9 seconds, and 13.7 seconds in the 1/4 mile. (For reference, Corvettes ran the same in 15.7 seconds back then)This restoration now looks and feels like Day 1 off the dealer lot, and we love it! She arrived with a bit of an identity crisis, and questionable installations throughout. The owner wanted a complete restoration - as if brand new! Removing what wouldn't work, we had a blank canvas to build it right. Rebuilding the correct body. Bringing...

Mexico Blue 1996 993 Turbo G64 4WD To 2WD GT2 Upgrade Conversion Restoration

This 993 Turbo came to us as a Black Horse, and needed a refresh so the famed Mexico Blue was chosen to breathe some life back into the car. The GT2 style is referring to the change from 4 wheel drive to 2 wheel drive.  We have converted the original 993 Turbo all wheel drive gearbox G64/51 to a 993 Turbo 2 wheel drive unit. This keeps the nice tall turbo gears and the strength in tact, it also retains the center oil feed main shaft and pinion shaft that the G64/51 & GT2 have in common.  New interior...

This sweet 1987 930 has come to us from Ohio for an engine rebuild & upgrade, along with suspension, A/C, and oil cooler updates. We started with a comprehensive disassembly & inspection, the engine was showing cylinder. combustion leak at cylinder #5. We found that after careful inspection of the #5 cylinder head that it was incorrectly machined, and causing a deck height issue. This being cylinder #5 it was held off by the #4 & #6 heads and not sealing properly. This can be fixed here in our machine shop, take a look!                ...

1978 930 Turbo Group B RS / RSR Race Car

This 1978 Porsche 911 Turbo (930) was originally prepared for street use, but has now been converted for export to Europe for racing use in the United Kingdom in a resurrection of the famed Groupe B FIA class. The project features extensive engine tuning. We changed out cams, light head work, valve relief piston tops, huge intercooler, stainless headers, KKK turbo, and a few other little tricks to get a super efficient power band.We race prepped the transaxle with close ratio gears, Quaife differential, and trans. cooling system. We cut the roof to lose the weight & build the FIA spec....
