We were commissioned by the owner to restore this very rare 1972 916 Coupe Porsche - 1 of 11 cars hand built by the design group. The car was purchased by the current owner's father in Germany through Jürgen Barth, and was used in many track day events in Germany during his deployment with the U.S. Army. The car came to us repainted black, but was restored to its original configuration by our team: Brilliant Silver with Day Glo Red accents. 914-4 conversion to 916 style body, with a 964 based 3.8L MoTec managed Slide Valve EFI engine & 915 WEVO mid-engine transaxle.
