We restored and converted this 1970 911 into a RS "PRO" Touring edition! Our customer's 911 will be powered by a 1995 993 3.6L DME fuel injected engine. Power is executed through our G50 5 speed Short Bell Housing transaxle. This 1972 911 was a wreck when it showed up on a trailer towed in from San Diego. The customer wanted to have a car with super performance, and the comfort of A/C. The 1995 Porsche 993 3.6L engine was selected for installation in this project car.To fit this engine in this older Porsche 911 chassis, several modifications are required, the dash and power brake sheet metal work was the most intensive (see detail in photos).   This 1967 912 was fully restored here at Patrick Motorsports, then presented at PCA Werks Reunion 2017, in Monterey, California! Day 1 is stripping the car back for investigation.
