914 6 2.0L - Vintage Racer

This car was built to race in the HSR WEST 2.0L PORSCHE VINTAGE Challenge. 2.0L single plug, 12.5 CR, 40MM PMO carbs, billet rods, 906 style cams, and
all the little details in-between. 901 side shift trans., 904 mainshaft, billet intermediate case section, all special close ratio gear sets, oil cooling system & 5 point return system, along with a billet torque bias diff.

THESE MOUNTS ARE A MUCH IMPROVED DESIGN OVER THE STOCK FACTORY CROSS BAR AND WITH THE DELRIN BUSHINGS OVER THE FACTORY RUBBER WILL LAST MANY TIMES LONGER. THIS ALSO GIVES YOUR ENGINE CONVERSION A CLEANER APPEARANCE. (PART #PMP9146FIWAMO)

The front trunk is the heart of our dry sump oil cooling system. This starts out with a Peterson OIL TANK part# OIL 08-0011-DB - 16 quart (4 gallon) aluminum (race) – dual breather - 9 inch. Diameter X 19 inches tall. Also uses the billet aluminum brackets (part # OIL 08-0101). 
The oil is routed to the engine using Goodridge fittings and stainless braided hoses. From the engine it returns through the Peterson remote oil filter remote mount (part # OIL 09-0304), to the front through the Mocal oil thermostat (part # OIL-12THER), that will route the oil through the front Setrab oil cooler (part # PMP 500-15NPT3/4), when needed to keep the engine at optimum temperature. 

The installation also includes the Peterson breather/fluid catch tank – spun aluminum type with internal baffling - 2X AN -12 female ports & 1X AN -6AN drain plug – Includes stainless steel strap - 118 MM DIA. - PETERSON FLUID - OIL 08-0400
