This sweet 1987 930 has come to us from Ohio for an engine rebuild & upgrade, along with suspension, A/C, and oil cooler updates. We started with a comprehensive disassembly & inspection, the engine was showing cylinder. combustion leak at cylinder #5. We found that after careful inspection of the #5 cylinder head that it was incorrectly machined, and causing a deck height issue. Modern 1974 IROC clone, this was started on a Grand Prix White L-908 1974 911, and fitted with a 964 based 3.8L engine. The engine is managed by MoTec and features our new billet EFI "Slide Valve" manifolds! We have fitted the car with a RUF 6 speed gearbox that is based on a G-50/50 transmission.
