PROJECT GALLERY — 1975-1989 911 Turbo / 930 / 934 / 935

This 1975 911 was backdated to a 1973 RSR style and received our 993 3.6L to 3.8L motor package. The car also had a fully adjustable RSR style suspension installed.  The 915 transmission was also addressed and we installed a lightweight stage 1 flywheel and clutch for improved throttle response and smooth engagement.  A limited slip differential helps keep the power planted on exit.  A 993 turbo brake package was installed to enhance stopping power as well. Porsche 934, chassis 9306700157, was reportedly delivered to Italian driver Giuseppe Bianco who ran the car under a Jolly Club entry often with the financial backing of exotic car dealership, Achili Motors of Milan. The Porsche 934 engine displaces 3.0L, has two water to air intercoolers and a large KKK turbo.  We rebuilt this motor to factory specifications after it had been sitting for countless years.

This sweet 1987 930 has come to us from Ohio for an engine rebuild & upgrade, along with suspension, A/C, and oil cooler updates. We started with a comprehensive disassembly & inspection, the engine was showing cylinder. combustion leak at cylinder #5. We found that after careful inspection of the #5 cylinder head that it was incorrectly machined, and causing a deck height issue. This 1978 Porsche 911 Turbo (930) was originally prepared for street use, but has now been converted for export to Europe for racing use in the United Kingdom in a resurrection of the famed Groupe B FIA class.The project features extensive engine tuning. We changed out cams, light head work, valve relief piston tops, huge intercooler, stainless headers, KKK turbo, and a few other little tricks to get a super efficient power band.We race prepped the transaxle with close ratio gears, Quaife differential, and trans. cooling system.
