911 Backdate To 911 RSR 3.4L Build in Bright Orange

Bright orange, stretched fenders, and a loud exhaust.  Driving down the road, everyone stares.  While on the outside it may look and sound like a racecar, on the inside it feels far from it.  There is still air conditioning and the Recaro seats are both heated and ventilated, a huge luxury in the Arizona heat.    Out on the open road, the steering is darty and eager to turn in.  The vehicle feels taught, with no hesitation on initial turn-in.  Planted through undulations, bump steer is well controlled.  Using the brakes requires a lead foot just like any racecar.  Once proper...

1973 911T To RSR Build With 993 3.6L Varioram G50 Restoration Conversions

We have started this restoration and modification build with a very clean 1973 911T showing 90,000 miles on the odometer. It’s a car that I bought without the original 2.4L mechanical Fuel injection engine, although it did still have the original 915 transmission with 7:31 ring and pinion hanging in there. The car was so clean & complete I had thought about putting a 2.4L MFI engine back in, wait this thought only crossed my mind for a moment. I had true visions of grandeur in 1973 RSR style with a 1996-1998 993 3.6L DME V-Ram engine featuring A/C and Heat,...

1973 911 RSR Racer With 3.8L DME G50 6 Speed Conversions In Martini Livery

This 911  underwent a complete rebuild to RSR specification. We incorporated a 6-speed G50 Short Bell Housing transmission (G50 SBH). We machined and performed a blueprint rebuild here at Patrick Motorsports. Engine and Transmission fitment required extensive chassis modifications due to the longer transmission length. The engine displacement has been increased to 3.8L. Oil cooling has been updated with an RSR oil pump, our special Setrab front mount oil cooler and the original equipment 930 radiator style front fender cooler. The specs for the racing class allowed us to use PMO Carburetors with a high output ignition system. We also built...

1967 911S Targa Soft Window #500100

This 1967 911S Targa Soft Window #500100 was the prototype car built by PORSCHE to show off the new concept. The #500100 had a tough & rough life up to the point we received it. We had to restore most of the chassis on our Celette Fixture Bench, and hand make many of the rusty sections that are no longer available. It has turned out fantastic, and now at paint! After stripping back the paint & filler we expose previous rust & damage - poorly repaired!   More past secrets revealed.   To restore strength and rigidity to the 911...
