WE STARTED WITH A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED 1984 911 CARRERA, FIRST COMPLETE DISASSEMBLY AND EVALUATION. THEN CONVERSION TO LONG HOOD EARLY ST CONFIGURATION. THIS WILL BE POWERED BY A '96 993 V-VAM CONFIGURED TO 3.8L EURO RS SPEC.. WE WILL BE USING OUR G-50 SHORT BELL HOUSING GEARBOX. 1973 911 RSR 3.8L Twin Turbo MOTEC EFI Upgrade And G50 6 Speed Conversion

This special project is to back date this 1978 PORSCHE 911 Turbo (930) chassis to the famous 1973 PORSCHE 911 RSR. This lightweight chassis is fitted with a custom built drivetrain featuring a 993 twin turbocharged 3.8L engine and 6 Speed transaxle. The engine is precisely controlled by a MoTeC M600 engine management system. The transmission is of our special 993 Short Bell Housing, 6 Speed transaxles. Another little addition will be on-board motorsport inspired, KRONTEC air jack system! And of course a fully adjustable brake and suspension system. Take a closer look!
