1975 914-6 GT 3.2L DME Gulf Tribute Upgrade Conversion

For this client we completed a GT conversion on his 1975 914-6, which had a 3.2L 6-cylinder DME. We provided a concours level full body strip & reseal respray with a full 914-6 gt body conversion - using steel fender flares, rocker panels, front bumper, lower valance, rear bumper, and rear lower valance.We added an Oil Cooler and Air Shroud Kit and carried out a full glass reseal & refresh with felt guides. This original 914-6 was first delivered to Captain Willis, a paratrooper stationed in Bitburg Germany and later resided in Pordenone Italy. Both he and the car were transferred to Florida where the car collected dust for many years. In 2008, the vehicle was sold on eBay and started its transformation into a 914/6 GT. 1973 914/4 to 914/6 GT 2.7L 901 Side Shifter Upgrade Conversion

This 1973 914-4 came to us from San Jose, California for the 914-6 GT conversion. The car is fitted with a 2.7L engine 40mm Zenith carbs, a 901 side shift transaxle. We took the car to bare metal, added steel GT flares, all 914 GT lightweight side rockers, GT front & rear valance, GT front & rear deck lids, GT front & rear bumpers, and GT engine lid. We hand built a lightweight roll cage system - all tubing is bent & fitted and is welded to re-plated areas of the chassis. You always need to re-plate with .120 sheet...

Delphi Green Metallic 1973 914/4 2.2L Big Bore Upgrade Restoration

This Delphi Green Metallic 1973 914/4 2.2L, was a complete bare metal restoration using all GT type lightweight glass deck lids, bumpers, side rockers, & front spoiler. A 1910 lb. street car!!! 2.2L big bore conversion with 44mm Weber Carbs, Sport cam, etc.. This engine package was tuned to 155 HP and it feels like it ! We completely rebuilt the 901 transaxle, first magnafluxing all the gear sets & crack testing the case. Then replacing all syncros & sliders, main shaft, pinion shaft, differential bearings, and most of the dog teeth gears. Finally a 914-4 "GT" type front mounted...
