Another exciting project from Patrick Motorsports!
This is a beautiful 1990 Porsche 964 RSR Backdate with 4.0L flat 6 engine, naturally aspirated with 50mm PMO carbs and fitted with an RSR front mount oil cooler kit. The later G50 6 speed transmission and addition of a Bilstein PSS coilover suspension package provides modern performance in a vintage package.

This 1974 to 1973 backdate 911 got a complete tear down, rebuild and upgrade package with a 3.8L engine, RSR bodywork, coilover suspension, and custom interior. Here is how it arrived at our facility as a roller with no engine or transmission:   No expense was spared with the suspension & brakes either. 1973 911 RSR Racer With 3.8L DME G50 6 Speed Conversions In Martini Livery

This 911  underwent a complete rebuild to RSR specification. We incorporated a 6-speed G50 Short Bell Housing transmission (G50 SBH). We machined and performed a blueprint rebuild here at Patrick Motorsports. Engine and Transmission fitment required extensive chassis modifications due to the longer transmission length. The engine displacement has been increased to 3.8L. Oil cooling has been updated with an RSR oil pump, our special Setrab front mount oil cooler and the original equipment 930 radiator style front fender cooler. This 1965 911 is the # 595 produced. We have completely disassembled the chassis, and prepared the main chassis & all steel body components for acid stripping!  Neutralized & sealed with a High Zinc primer, then we stitch welded the entire chassis.  We designed & built a complete chassis roll cage system to meet FIA specifications, the customer requested removable door bars.                Our newly designed fuel cell with FUEL SAFE, a true center fill SA 100 with filler cap trap package.
